Each group workout will be an hour long workout filled with various exercises that engage the upper and lower body. We will focus on engaging the core into our daily movements. During your pregnancy we will modify our workouts based on your body and trimester. In your early postpartum months, we will work on rebuilding the core and pelvic floor strength before we jump into traditional exercises. Most importantly, we will HAVE FUN & meet other moms!
