Do you already belong to a gym? Do you live outside of the Atlanta area? I can help create a package of workouts specifically designed for you and your goals. Each workout is approximately one hour and filled with various exercises that engage the upper and lower body. We will focus on engaging the core into our daily movements. During your pregnancy we will modify our workouts based on your body and trimester. In your postpartum months, we will work on rebuilding our core and pelvic floor strength before we jump into traditional exercises.
