Sessions are one hour and are filled with various exercises that engage the upper and lower body. We also focus on engaging the core into our daily movements. During your pregnancy we will modify our workouts based on your body and trimester. In your postpartum months, we will work on rebuilding our core and pelvic floor strength before we jump into traditional exercises. Most importantly, we will HAVE FUN!
