If you are out of breath, your baby is out of breath. Listen to your body! You should always be able to speak a full sentence to your trainer or friend. If you are too winded to speak, back down on your intensity level.
It is important to understand your body is going to change dramatically during pregnancy. This is not the time to try to lose weight, pick up a new high impact activity or push yourself to the limit. If you have been sedentary until now, START today! Lets get up and begin to focus on your body and mind so that your baby can reap the benefits.
